Privacy Policy for Kids & Families
Summary for Parents: MathMelo is designed specifically for children and strictly collects NO personal information. The app contains no third-party advertisements, no behavioral tracking, no third-party analytics, and no in-app purchases. It functions 100% offline. All arithmetic records, stars, and companion stickers remain solely on your device. Game Center achievements are disabled by default and can only be enabled by a grown-up inside the Parent Center behind a multiplication barrier.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
MathMelo does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. Specifically:
- We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or birthdays.
- We do not collect precise or approximate geolocation data.
- We do not access your device's camera, microphone, photo library, or contacts.
- We do not track advertising identifiers (IDFA) or vendor identifiers across other apps or websites.
- We do not integrate third-party advertising networks, analytics frameworks, or tracking SDKs.
2. Data Stored Locally on Your Device
To provide a continuous learning journey and allow your child to resume their adventures, MathMelo saves the following gameplay data in local device storage (UserDefaults / Web Storage):

This data is never transmitted to our servers or any third parties. It is only included in standard iOS device backups (such as encrypted iCloud Backup) that you control as an Apple account holder.
3. Optional Apple Game Center Integration
MathMelo supports 20 Game Center achievements (such as completing worlds or collecting stickers) totaling 1,000 points. To protect children:
- Game Center synchronization is turned off by default.
- It can only be activated by an adult inside the Parent Center, which is safeguarded by an interactive multiplication gate.
- When activated, achievement reports are sent directly to Apple's Game Center service via Apple's official APIs, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We receive no player identities or credentials.
- Parents may disable Game Center at any time within the Parent Center or through iOS Screen Time settings.
4. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) & GDPR Compliance
MathMelo strictly adheres to COPPA and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards for children under 13. Because our software does not gather, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information, we do not require parental consent for personal data processing.

写给家长的一份承诺：《数字连连算》专为幼童早教设计，严格恪守零数据采集原则。端内绝无第三方干扰广告、绝无追踪埋点、绝无隐藏内购，完全支持单机离线运行。孩子的全部算术题卡进度、金星与萌友贴纸仅保存在您本地设备中。Game Center 官方成就系统默认处于关闭状态，仅能由成年人在通过乘法门禁后在家长中心手动开启。
一、我们不收集的信息
《数字连连算》不收集、不上报、不共享任何儿童及家长的个人隐私信息，具体包括：
- 我们不索取姓名、电子邮箱、手机号、年龄或身份证明；
- 我们不请求任何地理位置（GPS 或网络定位）权限；
- 我们不访问摄像头、麦克风、照片图库或通讯录；
- 我们不追踪苹果广告标识符（IDFA），不跨应用关联行为；
- 我们不接入任何第三方商业广告 SDK 或第三方行为分析 SDK。
二、存储在您本地设备上的信息
为确保每次打开应用能无缝继续探险，本应用仅在您的 iPhone / iPad 本地系统存储（UserDefaults / Web 本地存储）中保存以下轻量游戏状态：

三、Apple Game Center 成就系统说明
游戏内置符合苹果官方规范的 20 项成就（总计 1,000 点积分）。为保护儿童：
- Game Center 数据上报功能默认完全关闭；
- 仅能由成年人在家长中心通过双位数乘法硬核验证后自主选择开启；
- 开启后，仅通过苹果系统官方 API 将达成成就同步至用户的个人 Apple ID，遵循 Apple 隐私权政策，开发者不截留任何账号数据；
- 家长可随时在家长中心关闭同步，或在 iOS 系统的“屏幕使用时间”中管理游戏中心权限。
四、儿童在线隐私保护（COPPA）与 GDPR 合规
本产品严格遵守《儿童在线隐私保护法案》（COPPA）及欧洲《通用数据保护条例》（GDPR）儿童保护准则。由于应用不收集任何个人可识别信息，无需额外签署第三方数据采集授权。
